If the key to the hallway door doesn’t work, you may have a copy in your possession. Keys for the hallway door should not be copied. Homeowners can purchase a key from the board for €25 (of which €10 is a deposit). Tenants can have a new key purchased by the landlord.
If the mailbox key key doesn’t work, you can request a new one from the caretaker. The caretaker is available on Tuesdays and Fridays from 13:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the office at number 101. These keys also cannot be copied.
If your front door key doesn’t work, it’s best to call a locksmith.
If the elevator is out of order, or if you are stuck in the elevator, it’s best to report this by phone to SkyLift at 088 505 15 05.
In a medical emergency, it’s best to call emergency services (112).
If you want to place chairs on the gallery on a nice summer day, that is allowed. However, permanently placing flower boxes, tables and chairs, cabinets, or bicycles on the gallery is not permitted, as the passage must remain clear for emergency services.

Generally, residents treat each other with respect. If your neighbors repeatedly violate rules, address them about the desired behavior. So, first, visit your neighbors yourself. Additionally, you can report disturbances to the municipality (care and disturbance reporting point).
If your neighbors continue to cause disturbances, report this to the board using this form Neighbor nuisance
It is primarily up to residents themselves to resolve disturbances among each other.
What do we consider disturbances?
Disturbances can include activities that are not allowed according to our house rules, such as cooking or barbecuing on the balcony, making or playing loud music between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, or construction noises between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM or on Sundays and public holidays.
If you want to have fiber optic installed, the technicians from the network operator need to work in the technical room. The technicians are only allowed in the technical room if the caretaker is present. You can contact the caretaker on Tuesdays and Fridays from 13:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If that doesn’t work, ask the board if the caretaker can contact you.
