Het bestuur handhaaft deze regels.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commercial rental is never allowed. Commercial rental includes, among other things, Airbnb and short-stay (less than six months).<\/li>\n<li>Subdividing is not permitted according to the deed of division; only one household is allowed per apartment. A permit from the municipality for subdividing is not legally sufficient. The deed of division takes precedence over any permission.<\/li>\n<li>Renting out one room to a student or lodger is allowed, provided that the owner also resides in the apartment.<\/li>\n<li>Renting to one household for longer than six months is permitted, but only with the board's permission. Subletting is not allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tRental Permission\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Requesting permission for renting to a household for longer than six months can be done using the form below.<\/p>\n\t<p>Voor elke nieuwe huurder moet opnieuw toestemming worden aangevraagd. Het niet schriftelijk aan Pro doorgeven van en toestemming vragen tot verhuur van uw appartement kan resulteren in een boete.
